The Supervisory Board of the Company supervises the work of the Management Board and the management of the Company's affairs.
It consists of three members:
1. Támas Bozsogi, chairman of the supervisory board,
2. Tibor Turner, deputy chairman of the supervisory board,
3. Michael Meyer, member of the supervisory board.
Támas Bozsogi
Támas Bozsogi started his career in June 2005 as a trainee/trainer at Raiffeisen Bank in Hungary. At the beginning of 2006, he continued his career as an assistant in the Private Banking department within the same bank. Eight months later, he became a private banker, and by the end of 2011 he had advanced to the position of senior private banker at Raiffeisen Bank. At the beginning of 2018, he moved to OTP banka to the position of Regional Manager within the Private Banking department, where two years later he was appointed Prestige Manager of the Private Banking department of OTP banka. Before his business career, Mr. Bzsogi obtained the title of Software Engineering at the University of Szeged and the title of Economist (Management) at the University of Pecs. He also holds the title of certified investment advisor at Bankarkepzo in Budapest and speaks English and German.
Tibor Turner
Mr. Tibor Turner graduated in 1996 from the University of Economic Sciences in Budapest, in the field of Business Administration. He obtained the ACI diploma in 2020, the CFA certificate in 2001, and the CAIA certificate in 2011. He started his career in 1996 at the Hungarian National Bank, after which he was employed by MORGAN STANLEY & Co. in 2002. INTERNATIONAL, where in 2002 - 2006 he worked in the position of Vice President in Institutional Fixed Income Sales. In the period 2006 - 2015, Mr. Turner worked at RAIFFEISEN BANK CO. in the position of deputy head of the Treasury, in the period 2015 - 2021 in the company MKB BANK Nyrt. in the position of executive director in the Money and Capital Market, and in the period November 2021 - June 2022 in the company MKB BANK Nyrt and Magyar Bankholding Zrt. in the position of director in the Money and Capital Market. Since July 2022, Mr. Turner has been working in the company OTP ALAPKEZELŐ ZÁRTKÖRŰEN MŰKÖDŐ RÉSZVÉNYTÁRSASÁG in the Management Board, in the position of Deputy CEO.
Michael Meyer
He graduated in 2005 from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Hamburg, Germany. In the period from April 2006 to July 2015, he worked at Unicredit Bank Austria AG, in Vienna, Austria, including working in the positions of analyst and portfolio manager/trader, as well as working in the directorates for companies and investment banking, and for treasury affairs. Since August 2015, he has been employed by Splitska banka d.d./OTP banka d.d., initially (August 2015 - December 2018) as Director of the Treasury Department, and subsequently as Head (Director) of the Global Markets/Treasury Department.
